BASIC OPERATION RULES
Please read them carefully before booking. You must accept them before booking and riding.

Only adult riders who have signed the Rental Agreement and Waiver of Liability.

Do not operate any ATV/UTV or other vehicle in a reckless or dangerous manner.

A helmet must be worn at all times while operating or riding in an ATV/UTV.

Do not ride outside designated trail areas. This includes areas posted DO NOT ENTER or posted Private Property.

Obey all posted signs. Do not ride faster than posted speed limits.

Ride at your current skill level. Don't push your limit. Be careful!

Do not tow other ATVs/UTVs or other vehicles.

Watch out for trees, debris and drop-offs. Be very careful!

Do not participate in any race or other contest involving ATVs/UTVs or other vehicles.

Be aware of other riders and vehicles. Slow down when approaching a blind corner.

No alcohol consumption before or during use and possession of rented ATV/UTV or other vehicle and equipment.

Vehicles are to be returned on time or additional fees will be charged.

Avoid contact with wildlife, and keep a safe viewing distance.

What Should I wear on an ATV Tour?
We recommend wearing comfortable, lightweight clothing and closed-toe shoes. Long pants and a long-sleeved shirt are also recommended to protect your skin from scratches and sunburn. Helmets will be provided.
Do I need experience to ride an ATV?
No prior experience is necessary, as our professional guides will provide instructions and safety guidelines before the tour. However, riders must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
What is the maximum number of people allowed on an ATV Tour?
Our tours can accommodate up to 15 people per group, but larger groups can be accommodated with advanced notice.
What happens if it rains on the day of my ATV Tour?
Our tours are rain or shine, as long as weather conditions are safe for riding. In the event of severe weather, we may need to reschedule the tour for a later date.
Should I arrive early before my tour?
Yes, all tours require you to arrive 15 minutes early. Arriving early allows us to ensure a smooth check-in process and helps us stay on schedule. It also gives you ample time to get acquainted with the surroundings, use any necessary facilities, and prepare yourself for the tour. Arriving early is particularly important if there are any specific instructions or safety briefings that need to be covered before the tour begins.
