CREDIT CARD PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By signing this authorization, you give Redland ATV Rentals Corp permission to charge your credit card for the agreed amount on or after the specified date.

This authorization applies to one (1) transaction only and does not authorize any future or recurring charges, nor does it permit unrelated debits or credits to your account.

The charge will be processed only for the goods and/or services described at the time of purchase.

By providing your authorization, you certify that:

• You are the authorized cardholder of the credit card used for this transaction.
• You authorize Redland ATV Rentals Corp to charge your credit card for the agreed amount.
• This authorization is valid for one (1) transaction only.
• You will not dispute the charge with your credit card issuer, provided the transaction corresponds to the agreed goods and/or services and the terms of this authorization.

By submitting this form electronically, you acknowledge that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature and that you agree to the terms of this Credit Card Payment Authorization.
